You may cancel at any time before your order is dispatched, and we will refund you in full. To cancel, write to info@swasthaayu.in or message us at +91 88615 09016 with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

A standing order can be paused, changed or stopped from your account at any time. Stopping it does not cancel a delivery that has already been dispatched.

Because these are unrefined food products, we cannot accept the return of a bottle that has been opened. This is a food-safety rule, not a commercial one.

• the bottle arrives damaged or leaking
• the seal is broken on arrival
• we sent the wrong item
• the product is past its best-before date when it reaches you
• we could not deliver to you after two attempts

In every one of these cases we collect the bottle ourselves. You are never asked to pay to send anything back to us.

Tell us within 24 hours of the delivery. The quickest way is from your orders page — open the order and choose Something arrived wrong. You can describe what happened and attach a photograph there, which is usually all we need to settle it without asking you anything else.

We will come back to you within 72 hours with one of three answers: a replacement, a refund, or an explanation. You will get a reference number by email the moment you report it, and you can follow it from your orders.

If you paid online, the refund goes back to the same card, UPI app or account you paid with. We start it within two working days of agreeing it; how long it then takes to appear is up to your bank, and is usually five to seven working days.

If you paid us directly by UPI or bank transfer, we send the money back the same way, to details you give us.
