When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We may accept it or decline it. The sale is complete only when we confirm the order. Our oils are pressed in small batches, so availability changes from week to week and stock is limited.

The prices shown are maximum retail prices and include all applicable taxes. We will never charge you above the printed MRP. Delivery is charged separately where it applies, and the amount is shown in your basket before you confirm.

Alongside paying online, you may choose to pay us by UPI or bank transfer. An order paid that way is held until the money reaches us and we confirm it, so it will not be pressed or dispatched straight away. If the payment does not arrive, the order is cancelled and nothing is owed.

We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full if:

• the item is out of stock or the batch has not yet been pressed
• the delivery address falls outside our service area
• we have reason to suspect fraudulent use of an account or payment method

A box discount applies when your basket holds four bottles of one pack size and includes at least two different oils. Four bottles of the same oil, or a mix of pack sizes, does not form a box. The discount is calculated by us at checkout, and the amount confirmed there is the amount that applies.

A standing order repeats on the rhythm you choose until you change or stop it. You may pause it, change what is in it, or stop it from your account at any time. We will always show you the amount before the first payment is set up, and we will write to you if a price changes.

An account is personal to you. Please keep your login and one-time codes secure and let us know if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for orders placed through it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
