We deliver across Karnataka, to the pincodes listed at checkout — enter yours in the basket and you will see at once whether we reach it, what delivery costs and when it would arrive. If your pincode is not yet served you can leave it with us and we will write to you when it is.

What delivery costs depends on where the order is going. It is worked out from the pincode on your delivery address, and shown in your basket before you pay — and it is the amount you are charged.

Delivery is free above a certain order value, and that value depends on the destination as well. The figure that applies to you is shown as soon as you enter a pincode.

A standing order is charged for delivery the same way, and the amount is shown before you set it up.

Orders are pressed and packed fresh rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf. Within Bengaluru that usually means delivery within 3 days of the order being placed. The rest of Karnataka goes by courier and usually arrives within a week. Delivery days vary by area and are shown as soon as you enter your pincode.

Someone needs to be available to receive the order. Bottles of oil are never left unattended at a door or with a neighbour.

If we cannot hand the order over, we will contact you on the number you gave us and attempt the delivery again. If we still cannot reach you after that second attempt, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

• Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, and keep the cap closed.
• Coconut oil may thicken in cool weather. Stand the bottle in warm water for a minute and it is clear again.
• Natural sediment may settle in unrefined oil. Shake before use.
• These oils are best on low to medium heat.
• Groundnut oil contains groundnut (peanut). Anyone with a groundnut allergy must not use it.
• Use within the best-before date printed on the bottle.
