We deliver only within Bengaluru at present, and only to the pincodes listed at checkout. If your pincode is not yet served you can leave it with us and we will write to you when it is.

Delivery is ₹99 on orders below ₹1,000, and free at ₹1,000 and above. The amount is shown in your basket before you pay, and it is the amount you are charged. A standing order is delivered free.

Orders are pressed and packed fresh rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf. Delivery days vary by area and are shown as soon as you enter your pincode; the day you are given at checkout is the day to expect us.

Someone needs to be available to receive the order, because glass bottles are never left unattended at a door or with a neighbour.

If we cannot hand the order over, we will contact you on the number you gave us and attempt the delivery again. If we still cannot reach you after that second attempt, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

We do not currently ship outside Bengaluru. For bulk or outstation orders, write to info@swasthaayu.in or message us at +91 88615 09016 and we will see what is possible.

• Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, and keep the cap closed.
• Coconut oil may thicken in cool weather. Stand the bottle in warm water for a minute and it is clear again.
• Natural sediment may settle in unrefined oil. Shake before use.
• These oils are best on low to medium heat.
• Groundnut oil contains groundnut (peanut). Anyone with a groundnut allergy must not use it.
• Use within the best-before date printed on the bottle.
